San Francisco, CA — Jan 26, 2026 — Paravision today announced the promotion of Tiffany Lee to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), assuming the role following an eight-year tenure at Paravision, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations.
Over the course of her tenure, Lee has led finance, operations, and strategic planning initiatives across multiple stages of growth – strengthening financial discipline, enhancing operational rigor, and supporting long-term value creation.
As Paravision continues to scale, Tiffany’s leadership, strategic insight, and deep understanding of our business make her the ideal partner for this next chapter. In many ways, she has already been operating as our CFO, leading critical financial decisions, partnering closely with the leadership team and Board, and building the systems and rigor needed to support our growth. Formalizing her role reflects both the impact she has already had and our confidence in her continued leadership.
Doug Aley, Paravision CEO
In her new role, Lee will oversee all aspects of Paravision’s finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and strategic and operational finance initiatives. She will continue to work closely with the executive team and Board of Directors to advance Paravision’s growth and strategic objectives.
Tiffany has consistently demonstrated the judgment, discipline, and strategic mindset we expect from a CFO. She is a trusted partner to management and the Board, and her promotion reflects both her proven performance and the company’s continued focus on strong financial leadership.
Doug Dillard, Member of the Board of Directors at Paravision
In addition to her role at Paravision, Lee is a founding member of The F Suite, a peer community for CFOs focused on knowledge sharing and professional support. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Kinderhook Industries, PwC, and the University of Virginia Licensing & Ventures Group, gaining experience across private equity, consulting, and venture investing.
Lee holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where she was a founding member of the Adam Smith Society. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Alvin Ailey School.
I’m honored to step into the CFO role at Paravision. Having grown with the company over the past several years, I’m excited to continue working with our talented team to build on our momentum and support Paravision’s long-term vision.
Tiffany Lee, Paravision CFO
